Santiaguito volcano (Guatemala): explosions continue with growing lava dome - Notícia OVGA 11-05-2020

INSIVUMEH recorded a white fumarole in Caliente dome that rose 9,842 ft (3,000 m) above the summit.
Surveillance cameras observed weak explosions that generated a dark ash plume which reached approx. 11,483 ft (3,500 m) above the summit and drifted SW.
Material is ejected above the crater and caused weak avalanches of material on the south, southeast and southwest flanks of the Caliente dome.
